Engineering for the workflows your AMS will not automate
Bindmatic is a consulting practice: senior US-based engineers who design, build, and run AI agents inside the agency management systems commercial agencies already use. We work on commercial lines in agencies running Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or EZLynx. If you are on a different AMS, ask; we will tell you honestly whether the API surface is good enough to do this well.
What we do
Every agent below is something we engineer against your live book, not a product with a SKU. The names are ours; the code becomes yours.
- Renewal Radar. A commercial renewal agent that starts 120 days before expiration, reads the AMS, carrier status, activity log, and the account's inbox, and produces a ranked risk list with reasons, plus drafted remarketing packets for the accounts you decide to move.
- COI Agent. Certificate-of-insurance handling: reads holder requests from mail or portal, matches the policy in the AMS, checks requirements against endorsements, and drafts the ACORD 25 (and 27/28 where relevant) for a CSR's approval.
- Quote-Intake Agent. Turns ACORD forms, loss runs, supplementals, and freeform broker email into clean AMS prospect and opportunity records, with the gap list called out before a producer spends time on it.
- Service-Request Agent. Classifies inbound service traffic, matches it to the account and policy, drafts the AMS activity with the proposed action, and routes it; simple document requests are fulfilled with one approval.
- Staff augmentation. A senior engineer embedded with your team on AMS integrations, carrier-portal connectors, document extraction, and agent development.
- Agent operations. Ongoing monitoring, connector fixes when a carrier portal or AMS release changes, accuracy review against real cases, and tuning, by the engineer who built the agent.
Who this is for
- Independent agencies with a meaningful commercial book on Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or EZLynx, where the hours go into renewals, certificates, submission keying, and service triage.
- Principals and operations leads who want the workflows their AMS vendor's native assistant structurally will not cross: AMS, carrier portals, inbox, and document store, checked against policy wording.
- Not personal-lines renewal automation. That is a productized, well-served market and we do not compete in it. Chat widgets and AMS replacement are also not on the menu.
How we work with you
- Hourly, time and materials. Senior US engineers billed by the hour, as a project engagement or as staff augmentation. No rates or packages are published; scope comes out of an initial conversation and a written plan.
- Silent run before go-live. Every agent runs against your live data producing output nobody acts on, measured against what your team actually did, before anything is supervised into production.
- Human approval on every send. Agents draft; licensed people decide. Every action is logged with its reasoning and source documents.
- You own the result. Source code, infrastructure definitions, and a runbook, in an AWS account dedicated to your agency.
