This Privacy Policy describes how Irvin Group, LLC ("Irvin Group", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through it. This website is operated under the Bindmatic brand.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We do not ask for, and you should not send, policyholder personal information through the contact form.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, the time spent on them, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where the service supports it and do not combine analytics data with information that identifies you.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information about requests, including IP address, user agent, and the requested page, for security and reliability purposes.

Contact-form submissions and related email are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings we apply in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address on the contact page. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out to exercise on that point. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

If you are located outside the United States, be aware that information you submit is processed in the United States.

Children
